Hello everyone! Thank you “snow-much” for coming to my blog and looking at my creations. I really appreciate it!
Today, I have an adorable snowman card for you. I hope you enjoy it!
I started by first stamping this adorable snow family from a Jillibean Soup set with Black ink onto some Bristol Smooth cardstock. Unfortunately, I could not find this same set. You can find a link to a somewhat similar set here. I colored the images in with Zig Clean color markers. I fussy cut all the images including the small holly cluster. I added a small gem that I colored red with my alcohol marker (I don’t have any red gems so this works quite well).
Next, I took a 3 by 5 1/2 piece of Bristol smooth cardstock and blended Seedless Preserves, Wilted Violet, Faded Jeans and Black Soot Distress Oxides ink. I sprayed a mist of water and let it sit for 30 seconds or so. I splattered Perfect Pearls onto the background for some more sparkly snow. When the ink blended panel was dry, I embossed the sentiment using Versamark ink and Hero Arts embossing powder.
I added fun foam to the ink blended piece and adhered it to an A2 white card base with liquid glue. For a little extra sparkle, I used some blue sparkly washi tape I had in my stash. I adhered the snowmen using foam tape and liquid glue. I used a little Glossy Accents for the noses and a shimmer pen to the bodies for even more sparkle… you can never have too much!
