We Are Stronger Together

Hello and Happy July 4th! I am celebrating with my family that I haven’t seen for 2 years due to the Pandemic. I hope you are all celebrating with your loved ones also!

Today, I have a card that I feel really shows the unity and inclusion that this day should represent. I hope you like it!

I first made a slimline (3 1/2 by 8 1/2 inch) card base from heavy weight white cardstock. I then used slimline dies to cut red, white and blue cardstocks. On the blue cardstock, I used a star stencil and blended white ink onto the panel, then set aside to dry. I used the Missees Tasha set and cut out arms from varying skin colored cardstock.

Once the blue panel was dry, I used my antistatic powder, embossing ink and gold embossing powder to heat set the sentiment. I then adhered all the elements and panels together using liquid adhesive.

Supply List:

Stitched Slimline Dies

Missees Tasha set

Simon Says Stamp Fading Stars Stencil

Simon Says Stamp Stronger Together (sentiment)

Skin colored cardstock (from my stash)

Red and White cardstocks (from my stash)

Hero Arts Nautical cardstock

Hero Arts Gold embossing powder

Hero Arts Unicorn White Pigment Ink

This card came together very quickly. It would be relatively easy to mass produce also.

Enjoy your holiday and stay safe! I’ll be back soon!
