Hello my crafty friends. Today, I have a clean and simple card featuring products from Simon Says Stamp (SSS) newest release…Dream Big. If you have not seen the full release you can view it here.
I took a panel of Neenah Solar White cardstock that was cut to 4 1/4 by 5 1/2 inches and used the new Rhythmic embossing folder for the gorgeous background design. I cut the embossed panel down to 3 3/4 by 5 inches and adhered the raised side onto a piece of fog cardstock. I love how you can get unique looks depending on what side of the folder you use.
Using the Fab Flower die, 2 shades of purple cardstock were used to cut the solid portion of the flower. White cardstock was used for the outlined petals. I adhered both of these together using Barely Arts liquid glue (This may be my new favorite glue for intricate pieces). I cut the “hello sunshine” sentiment from yellow cardstock twice and adhered them together for dimension.
The sentiment and flower elements were adhered to the embossed panel with one being popped up with SSS new foam squares. For a final bit of shine, yellow baubles were added to the flower centers and around the sentiment. The finished panel was adhered to an A2 top folding card base.
