Full Stamptember release located here.

Hello everyone and happiest of Stamptembers to you! This is definitely one of the most fun times of year for all us crafty people. Today, Simon Says Stamp (SSS) is having a party to celebrate! It includes a huge list of inspirational designers. Be sure to check them all out if you can and leave some love for them in a comment or a like. SSS also has multiple coupons for free items or items with a purchase. You can receive this awesome die set with a purchase of $30 or more. Happy shopping!

My inspiration for you includes the gorgeous new “Morning Blossom” die set. The bold background is gorgeous next to the white.

I started with an A2 panel of Bristol Smooth cardstock and applied Lindy’s magical powders. I used a small spray bottle to add water. I then set it aside to let it do it’s magic and thoroughly dry. While I was waiting, I cut the “Morning Blossom” die from white cardstock and adhered it with liquid glue. I also cut the “Hugs” from white cardstock twice and black once adhering them all together for dimension.

After my panel was dry, I trimmed it slightly and starting adhering my elements. A hexagon was cut from vellum to soften the background behind the sentiment. The flower and sub-sentiment were then added. I hid the glue behind the letters and flowers so it would not show through the vellum. A sprinkle of shiny sequins was the final touch. The finished panel was added to a top folding white card base.

I absolutely love the sparkle from the background and the white contrast of the flower. It was an easy card that came together quite quickly!

Supply List:

I hope you enjoyed my card today. There is so much more inspiration today and the rest of this month. Have a great day and happy shopping!
