Pawsome Stamps “You’re my Bam-boo”

Welcome everyone! This card is part of an Instagram hop that is happening today for Pawsome Stamps new release. These stamps are high quality and absolutely adorable. This Panda set just stole my heart!

I started this card by taking a panel of white cardstock and adhering 1/4 inch strips of cardstock in rainbow order. I love the look of the white areas in between the colors and the angle just gives it a little bit more interest. I trimmed the panel to 4 by 5 1/4 inches.

I stamped the panda, bamboo and leaves in a copic safe ink onto Neenah 80# cardstock and colored them using: Black 100, C9, C7, C5, C3 C1, C0 (panda); YG03, YG17 (leaves); E31, E33, E35 (bamboo); RV21, RV25, RV29 (heart). I kept my stamps in my stamping tool and re-stamped them with Obsidian Ink. This really gives a bold and beautiful line.

Using white pigment ink, I stamped the sentiment onto black cardstock and white heat embossed it. The images and sentiment were fussy cut and arranged onto the cardstock panel. I used either liquid glue or foam tape to adhere everything to the panel and to add some dimension.

I added a few Diamond Diva Sequins for a bit of sparkle. I usually add them in a triangular pattern and I like to do odd numbers. This is more appealing to the eye. The finished panel was adhered to an A2 white card base.
